Unlike drop-shippers, we maintain a physical inventory of all listed items. This allows us to perform a 3-point quality check before your package leaves our warehouse, guaranteeing that you receive exactly what you ordered.

How to Place an Order

1. Browse & Select: Explore our collection and add your favorite items to the cart.

2. Review Cart: Click the cart icon to confirm quantities, sizes, or colors.

3. Checkout: Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address, and select a payment method.

4. Payment: Complete your purchase securely via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available options.

5. Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email with details and a tracking number once your order is processed.

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal securely.

Direct-to-Door, Brand-Certified Fulfillment

Unlike third-party dropshipping operations that rely on external suppliers, Wautton Outdoor maintains full control over our supply chain. Every item is stored in our private warehouse and undergoes a multi-point quality inspection before shipment.

We partner with top-tier global carriers to ensure our brand standards are maintained from our warehouse floor to your door.

When your order arrives, it will be sealed with our official branded packaging and identification, ensuring that your experience is handled exclusively by our team from our facility to your doorstep. We are proud to offer Complimentary Global Express to all our customers, providing a seamless, transparent, and premium delivery experience.

Note: Wautton would be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Processing & Shipping Time

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the carrier for delivery. The shipping timeframes provided in the table below are in addition to the processing time.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Use it to monitor your package’s journey. If updates are delayed, carriers may take 24–48 hours to sync tracking information.

Missing or Delayed Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is lost during transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team immediately at info@wautton.com.

We are committed to ensuring you receive your order. In the event that a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide you with the option of a full refund or a free replacement, shipped to you at no additional cost.

Warranty

WAUTTON guarantees all products purchased from us are made of high quality materials, and provides one year warranty against any defect in material and workmanship.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receive the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and as the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the item to the address below. Before shipping it back, please be sure to contact us in advance so that we can process your return accordingly.

If the product you received is damaged or has quality issues, please simply send us a 15-second video or clear photos showing the defect directly. Once we receive and review your video or photos, we will issue a full refund to you immediately – and you do not need to return the product to us.

Return shipping cost

• If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
• If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund processing time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and the credit will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please keep an eye on your account for the refund confirmation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@wautton.com.
